What I do
I’m a financial intermediary and I lead my own team. We help families and business owners with their investments and with planning for retirement.

That’s how many of us now work in finance full time. Many more do it alongside their own jobs.

How I work
I don’t leave things to chance
I stick to what has worked for us over the long run, so that we always get the best results we can.
I think years ahead
I want what we build as a team to last for years, without anyone burning out along the way.
I stand by newcomers
I haven’t forgotten what the first step feels like, so I teach the people on my team in a way that lets them one day lead a team of their own, even without me.
